Dr Christopher Schwartz is excellent. He actually listens to what his patients have to say. Remarkable. Five stars for him. The MultiCare organization, I am less impressed with. They seem to treat their patients as if they are a cog in the machine, or a product on an assembly line. There are good people in the organization, but I don't like being treated like a product on an assembly line. Two stars for the organization.

I was in er for 2 days after extensive spinal surgery. I needed a social worker and the one they provided saw me once and assured me they could handle all insurance paperwork needed. I had to call my insurance company from the hallway(because that's where they kept me) and get the process going because they gave the wrong information. They kept me on a stretcher that was intended for temporary use for the entire time I was there. They were so very, very understaffed that to get any help I had to yell down the hallway and the wait was outrageous. I was told they don't handle complex spinal surgeries or even dialysis. They had no idea how to help me even stay comfortable or relieve any of my pain. I was so very disappointed and won't be going back. An er with only eight beds and a skeleton staff has no business calling themselves a comprehensive care facility. I won't be going back in the future.

I'm shocked and amazed that I can give a five star rating for my experience with the ER because I know people who have first-hand recent experiences worth 0 stars, but mine was fantastic! I couldn't talk from mouth pain, and no one was upset that my husband helped communicate for me or that I had to write on a dry erase board. I was seen very quickly, everyone was super friendly and helpful and nonjudgemental, the provider was EXTREMELY helpful, the discharge paperwork was actually accurate and genuinely beneficial to me, and I felt cared for and satisfied with my care.

the most disappointing experience in the ER. The care was less than expected. Rarely was a caregiver checking on the well-being of the patient. After initial admit to ER, the only time a caregiver returned to the room was when you pushed the nurse button. My husband sat in a soiled gown after 2 requests for clean one. He was incontenet of bowel and urine and was not offered a depends type garment but left in wet underwear. They never inquired of current medications despite being treated for cancer. He is diabetic and was not offered food or appropriate nutrition during an 8 hr ER admission. After requesting some food, he was brought 2 small containers of applesauce and cup of water. The floor was never cleaned following urinary and fecal accidents. There remained blood on the floor following an accidental IV removal. They refused admission even though his 2 oncologists recommended admission and even a direct phone conversation with ER doctor and in house Internet. Needless to say, we will not be returning A letter will be written to administration asking for a reason non compliance with a well known oncologist.

I gave birth to my first baby this last weekend. I went in to my regular OB appointment at 38 (almost 39) weeks and made note of some symptoms that I didnβt think were anything and just happened to mention. The Dr Kriegsman wanted to do a test just in case even though he thought it might not be anything but would rather be safe than sorry. To my surprise I had my water broken for a week and didnβt know it and because he decided to check I was admitted to labor and delivery. I am so grateful for his great care as I donβt know how long I would have gone and my baby could have gone into distress or gotten and infection if I was never evaluated. I felt very taken care and listened to at Multicare Womenβs center. My entire journey of pregnancy was easy because I felt I had a support system in my doctors office with quick response times, necessary testing, and good communication of results. I would highly recommend this clinic to those looking for care during pregnancy. I saw multiple providers and all were professional, friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained the care that was recommended to me. As a first time mom I was scared and anxious for labor and delivery. My first impr
